Derailment

Derailment is what happens when you lose your direction. It can happen all of a sudden, or it can build up over an extended period of time.

Some things creep up on you if you’re not careful. Once you realise they have crept up on you, you may think it’s too late, and although it may be too late to go back to the ultimate state, maintaining a satisfactory state is always possible.

The best thing is to have systems that ensure you stay on top of things that lead to derailment, but to also bring you back into line when you inevitably do.
