Do what you can

A few years ago, I was doing Yamabushi training at the top of Mt. Haguro when we could hear an alarm off in the distance. You know what the alarm was? North Korea had sent off a missile and it was headed in our direction. But, of course, we were in the middle of training, and we couldn't do anything about it. Well, physically at least. We could prepare ourselves mentally for what might come, which thankfully didn't come to fruition.

Do what you can, and don't stress about what you can't. Sometimes all you can do is prepare yourself mentally. Preparing mentally is always going to be better than not preparing at all.
