Don’t multiply your mistakes

If the umpire makes a mistake, that mistake is multiplied if they try to make it up to the other team by being lenient on them. Best to forget about it and focus on not making the mistake again and being fair.

No matter how recent the mistake, changing your mindset, trying to forget about it and focusing on the next chance is usually the best course of action. The only time it’s not is when there is a lesson to be learned.
