Family versus team

We talk about your place on the team, because that could change, but your place on the family? If you’re part of the family, you’re always part of the family, but teams can be split.

In a family, love comes first.

In a team, goals come first.

In a family, the shared goal is happiness and harmony.

In a team, the shared goal could be anything.

In a family, your place is guaranteed.

In a team, nothing is guaranteed.

In a family, growth is important.

In a team, growth is tantamount.

The distinction between family and team is an important one.

Families are families. Countries are families.

Business teams are teams. Sports teams are teams.

Elements can be shared between both, but never shall the two be confused.
