For the team

If you’re going to do something, do it properly. I’ve already said this about my experience with N1 on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, but it’s equally true when you’re working in a team.

When you’re working in a team, your success is the team’s success, but equally the team’s failure is your failure. You have to do everything you can to see the team succeed, even if that means not taking credit, pulling the weight of others, or taking one for the team.
