Forced Meditation

Is not a bad thing

The hard part is remembering that it’s always an option. Find yourself with a little downtime away from any form of stimulation?

Take it as a chance to meditate. Take it as a chance to stop and pause and take in the world around you.

That’s all it takes, and it doesn’t even need to be forced either.
