Ideas and execution

Ideas and execution.

Before you climb up to the top of the diving board, you know how you’re going to dive. You size up the competition and know what it takes to win. Then you execute.

The ability to execute ideas is just as important as having them. No execution, no ideas.

But ideas don’t have to come before execution. Practice execution enough and your ideas form themselves. Decide to execute your ideas daily, and your ideas come daily.

Keep at it long enough and your execution becomes your ideas.

Execution and ideas.
