Going all in and telling yourself you won’t stop until the end is one surefire way to stop things from stalling. If you follow through, that is.

Follow through. Give yourself over to the task. Say no to your nos. Get things done in spite of what your mind might tell you.

If it’s impossible, it’s because it’s impossible, not because your mind told you so.
