Little steps

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

If you push yourself too hard too fast, sometimes it has the opposite effect of what you want. In the case of running, going too hard too fast causes injury which means you can’t exercise at all. If you’re coming back from a break, take little steps before pushing yourself too hard. Still do it, but don’t overdo it. As with everything it’s about balance.
