Today I was asked how I’m able to swim so effortlessly. I assure you, it is not effortless, but it is seemingly more effortless than other people.

Either way, it’s simple:

Long strokes, one at a time.

Each point is as important as the other. Each stroke too.

Focus on getting the most out of your next stroke. Then the next one. Then the next one. Rinse and repeat.

Do this enough, and things get effortless.
