Mountains and valleys

Shit happens. Just let it go, no matter how hard it is. That’s the sort of philosophy I’ve kind of naturally developed from everything that’s happened to me so far. The problem is, you can’t just say that to people if they’re going through a tough time. What you can say, honestly, is that it does get easier. Because from my experience, that much is true. Mountains and valleys, really. You gotta climb the mountains to enjoy the view at the top. When you go back down, the valley is where you gain your strength back to climb the mountain again. Such is life.
