Muscle weighs more than fat. When you first start out on a new exercise regime, you may notice little to none, or sometimes even reverse results to the ones you want on the scales. This is your body adjusting and it’s entirely normal. This is why sticking to it is so important. The results may not be instantaneous, but with sustained effort, they will come. Trust the process.
