Nature is in our nature

There’s something primitive about feeling the crunch of the leaves under our feet, smelling the dirt, and sensing the breeze as it flows across our face.

Whenever we go ‘out’ into nature, we are reminded that we need to do so more often. Nature is our drug, it is the reason we are alive, and it’s at the core of our being.

The ancestors survived out in nature, living off the land, and they did so with a reverence that can be easy to forget in this modern life.

This reverence must never be forgotten. Nature is in our nature, and its regenerative properties are next to nothing.

Don’t believe me? Next time you’re feeling in a funk, go ahead and take a walk in your nearest forest.
