No matter the situation

The response is the same

Every situation is the same. Or at least, every situation has the same response.

Uketamo.

Whatever situation you find yourself in, you uketamo, and you focus on the now.

Some situations are simply a chance to practice uketamo. Some situations only have uketamo as a response.

Although it may not be ideal, sometimes it is your only response. And the sooner you realize that, the sooner you can focus on what’s truly important.
