When you record something for later, you know that you can always retake it, and that affects your performance. But if you’re live, you have no room for mistakes, and this adds positive pressure that you can use to your advantage.

Put some pressure on yourself when you create such as a deadline, an audience, or if you can, make it live. This added pressure can make your performance even better.
