Not being able to take criticism

Not being able to take criticism is a pretty fatal flaw in a leader. Especially when you always think you're right.

When people try to make a change to what you've done, you take it personal and you nit pick at their arguments. This doesn't help anyone and just leaves people frustrated. It also leaves them disloyal and lazy too, cos they don't think it's worth the fight to correct.

Well, at least now I know what to try and avoid.
