Not yet, at least

Sometimes we have doubts about what we can do or be, questioning ourselves whether we can truly do or be those things.

The truth is, we can. And we can get closer to making that a reality by changing the way we talk to ourselves.

I realise this is just the power of positive thinking, but the key point is that it changes our posture to one where we start to think how it could be possible, and we start to imagine what it would look like, rather than wondering whether it is possible or not.

'Not yet, at least’. This one phrase uttered at the end of a ’can’t’ or ’won’t’ sentence can change our worlds for the better.

The next time you talk about doing something in the future, try it.
