Offer something up

Tim Bunting AKA Kiwi Yamabushi on Zao-san

Right from the get go

When you’re with a lot of others, it’s easy to go around in circles deciding what to do. The easy trick there is to offer something up. Offer anything tangible for everyone to work off. That way you have a starting point to think from, rather than just making things up on the spot. Ideally that’s where the conversation should start, however.
