One foot in front of the other

unrecognizable woman jogging along footpath in park

One foot in front of the other.

Repeat.

That’s all it takes. There are many analogies to help us get through, and this one in particular is as useful for climbing mountains as it is for getting through the day. Go as slow as you like, just keep this analogy in the back of your mind for when the going gets tough, as sometimes this is the only way to get through.

Saying this sounds kind of negative, but I mean it in a good way. There are many struggles to overcome, but having had those struggles means that we can appreciate what we have more. This is just a way to get you to the appreciation stage.

ENJOYED THIS? HAVE MORE.
