Putting yourself out there

Today I was very pleased to be featured in Transit Magazine. I have been featured in magazines before, and even BBC travel, but I think a lot of these come from just putting yourself out there.

I’m fine if people just want a private life, if that suits you fine, then great! But if you have something the world can benefit from, I think you owe it to the world to share it. That for me is the Yamabushi culture and philosophy.

Either way, it wouldn’t have happened had I not been doing things like writing this blog, making YouTube videos, or working with the Yamabushi, so I for one am very happy to get some attention to what I think is a very unique part of Japan the world can benefit from.
