Quiz Presentation Style

Last night I gave a presentation on NZ, and I'll be doing the same tonight too. Except it's not really a presentation, nor is it a lecture. It's more of a quiz, because I wanted to get the audience involved as much as possible. At the start I get the participants to draw NZ and Japan to scale alongside one another. Then I get them to draw Mt. Fuji (3,774m) alongside New Zealand's tallest mountain (Aoraki Mt. Cook, 3754m). And last is the best test, I get them to draw NZ's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, alongside Abe Shinzo.

I could be wrong, but I think this is an effective way to have people remember things. This presentation of sorts is of course done with many visual aids, I hardly use any words in the presentation, which is on purpose too. I took a lot of Seth Godin's advice on presentations into consideration, and mixed it with a few of the techniques I have picked up teaching. Luckily the aim of this presentation was simple; to provide information on NZ. I only added a personal twist to do so in a way I think would be interesting to those involved.
