Routine. Routine. Routine.
One of the things my Dad taught me was that when you feel you’re in a funk, maintain your routine as much as possible. The things you always do, are the things that get you through. This obviously means that the things you always do need a good balance, like making sure of regular exercise and a healthy diet, but that’s the point. It’s this balance that helps you when you need it. Just keep on keeping on, and let your body reset naturally.
