Rules to improve sleep quality

We all know how important sleep is, so why do we play with devices right before we hit the hay? I guess it’s just so tempting to catch up on the latest gossip or your favourite tv show.

Well, I’ve made myself a new rule. No devices for at least 30 minutes before sleep, and no charging them in the bedroom. Then, the morning is also very important. It’s the start of your day, and if you’re greeted with bad news, it can set the tone for the whole day.

So, my new rule is you can only use devices for exercise in the morning, nothing else. For the first 30 minutes that is. I wonder how many other people have similar habits?

(Ps. That couch was the closest photo I had to a bed).
