Don’t ever get ahead of yourself. If you find yourself demanding more but not really deserving it, stop, take things in, and begin again. Work on making it so that you do indeed deserve the things you demand. So that it’s a no-brainer that those things are deserved.

How do you do that?

Work on building experience and building your value. If you keep at it, things will come in due time. But in the meantime, stay humble.
