Stuck in a loop

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

Change of scenery, change of mind.

Stuck in a loop? Get outside if you can, or at the very least, get moving. The movement will help keep your mind ticking in one direction, or at the very least it will help you think of something different to do. Doing new things or doing things in new ways helps stave off these loops, and are great at keeping your mind fresh and focused. Keep moving, and keep your mind moving forward to get out of the loop.
