Take it on one by one

uketamo

There are times in our lives where things are simply overwhelming, when it feels like things are coming at you from all directions and you don’t have the energy or ability to stay on top of them.

At times like this, it helps to take a step back, breathe, and just let it all sink in. When you have a mountain of things to deal with, take them on one by one. By doing so, it makes it easier to focus on the now, on the task at hand, rather than all the stuff in the background that just distracts you.

To be focused means to be in the moment. Make that moment an important one.
