Taking the chance to understand

Flower in Japan in autumn shot by Tim Bunting

The only way to truly understand something is through living it yourself.

All of your experience to date, all of it, was your chance to understand what it’s all about. In which case, regrets are a sign you were trying to understand, not something to get worked up over.

Do you regret something? Did you learn something from the experience? Take that with you into your new experiences, take the chance to understand.
