The Black Jellybean Theory

If you’re not used to them, black jellybeans can be a real shock to the system.

Which is exactly why you should use them to your advantage.

When all that’s left is black jellybeans, you can either go hungry, or eat up.

When you really need to do something but are having trouble getting around to it, make your decision nothing, or the thing you need to do.

When you need to eat something but are trying to lose weight, make the option nothing, or something like soda water or a healthy alternative.

Use the black jellybeans. You may even start to like them.
