The hard work will always be hard

The view is always better if you hike there, not drive there.

Things will get easier. No doubt. But the old adage that if you don’t put in the hard work you won’t get anywhere will always remain true.

And that’s exactly what you want.

Without the hard work, without the struggle, you lack that all important context. The wins don’t feel true, the good doesn’t feel as good. The only way to truly get there, is through the hard work.

Hike the mountain. Don’t drive up it.
