The Trick to Waterfall Meditation

Just Jump In

It takes a lot of effort to get under a waterfall. Every time you do it, the sense of accomplishment is quite something. This just proves how hard it can be.

But as with anything like this, a bungy jump, jumping into the deep end, jumping into the cold pool, you’ve just gotta find a way to do it, and do it.

Often the best way is indeed just jumping in. Leave things up to fate, trust in your ability to do it, and go in head first.
