The weather waits for no one. Nature does though.
There’s a saying in Japan. Well, it’s a two parter: Hare-onna and hare-otoko, a woman or man, respectively, who brings the sunshine.
Late spring and early summer, or autumn here in Japan instantly come to mind, but some times of year are great for being outdoors.
If you’re lucky enough to have a hare-onna or hare-otoko in your midst things may be a little different, but the weather always has some say on proceedings.
One minute it could be sunshine and blue skies. The next, rain and thunderstorms. The weather waits for no one.
Nature does, though. Nature waits for us.
While you may not get to choose the weather, the choice to go out into the great outdoors is always there.
