Making meals. Eating meals. Making coffee. Drinking coffee. Meditation. Exercise. Time with friends. Time with family. Reading. Writing. Creative endeavours.

These are things that should take time. It's ok not to rush them, and it's ok to ignore people who rush you when you do them.
