Two things. Just two.

abstract art artistic autumn

Every day, tell yourself two things that you’d like to achieve that day. These two things shouldn’t be too hard, but they should require at least some sort of effort.

It’s ok if you don’t do them. It’s not the end of the world. But you should at least try earnestly to do so because once you do, you’ll feel so much better.

Why not one? Too easy. You may already be doing so. Three is also doable, but may be hard to keep up. Two things. Just two.
