Uncertainty sucks

a man doing meditation

Uncertainty is the worst. Well, it’s possible to make uncertainty even worse.

How? Overreacting to it.

Not knowing the situation fully but still reacting as if it is a forgone conclusion, that is a recipe for disaster.

Enter monk mode and accept the situation for its uncertainty.

It’s uncertain. Leave it at that.

Leave your reaction for when you have the facts straight.
