Use them for the good days

The purpose of the bad days is to get to the good days.

Don’t feel too bad about the bad days. Know that they serve their purpose. The bad days aren’t all bad, there’s something to be gained from experiencing the bed.

You put in the effort to get through the bad days. All this means is that the good days will be really good.

And when you have that good Day, remember it’s not just that day. It’s a culmination of all the bad days that came together to give you this good day.

Don’t worry too much about the bad days. Just keep at it, the good days will come.
