Who is the project designed to serve?

Hindsight is a bitch. Especially when you were wrong.

A decision was made, which (most likely) ended up being for the best of the project. Only, the decision was made against your wishes.

You helped the long term survival of the mission, but at the same time led to your demise.

Which begs the question. Who is the project for? You could argue both sides, but ultimately, remember that the project is for who it is designed to serve. Not you.

When the project is for you, that's a lifestyle business. In that case, make sure you're the one benefiting.

Otherwise, celebrate because now you have another chance to start a new project. Just remember, who are you serving, and what's the change you want to make?
