Yamabushi Writing

person holding blue ballpoint pen writing in notebook

In Yamabushi training, we don't write things down because humans write things down to read them later, and this means we aren't practicing living in the moment, one of the main aims of the training.

When I do the Akinomineiri Ritual in August, I'm going to have to decide how to continue this blog. Should I prepare posts in advance to come out each day? If I just don't post, it will be because one of the aims is to post my different ideas from each day. Either way, I can't write during the training, so to keep up the effort, I think I will prepare in advance.
