Are you ready in your heart?

In Japanese they say 心の準備 kokoro no junbi or preparing the heart for when you’re about to do something that takes guts. As everyone knows, anything that takes guts requires proper mental preparation, and self-belief, felt in your heart, to truly do something brave, so I believe this saying is right on the mark.

So, before you set out to do something brave, ask yourself, are you ready in your heart?
