Are you turning your molehill into a mountain?

Guilty as charged.

When tensions are high, when we are under stress and things aren’t going our way, it’s all too easy to think the worst. It’s all too easy to think ‘woe is me’. And it’s all too easy to think of tiny problems as much larger than they really are.

You may well be turning your molehill into a mountain completely unnecessarily and this just goes to compound the problem.

Take a step back. Take stock of the situation. Give yourself a break, and look at the problem with fresh eyes.
