Can you do a better job?

If you think you can do a better job than other people, you should. There's a lot of conjecture about the teams in the rugby World Cup, people claiming to know more than the coaches themselves.

Of course sometimes they are right, but there's a reason why they aren't in the position to make the calls. They didn't show enough love or conviction to get there. The coaches did, and we are thankful for their sacrifices because the coveted positions they are in are coveted for a reason. They're not easy, and there's a lot of pressure, from people who think they can do a better job. You know what? If you think you can do a better job, do it.
