Comedians and Philosophers

A matter of perspective

Comedians and philosophers are one in the same. They both comment on life’s trivialities and put their own spin on it for the entertainment of themselves and others. The difference is, one group thinks its funny. But funny is just a matter of perspective.

Try and find the funny in life. Try to find the irony, and the sheer impossibility of situations and see it as a quirk of life, not a final decision. Life’s there to be enjoyed, see it through the eyes of a philosopher. And if that doesn’t work, there’s always another perspective you can take.
