Don’t dawdle

round silver colored fossil chronograph watch with brown leather band on brown wooden surface

Don’t dawdle. Of all the things to remember from inside a friend’s house as I grew up, for some reason this cross-stitched sign in my friend’s toilet sticks out. There was something else to the sign, but the key message was to get on with it.

And that’s the sort of push that we need a lot of the time. If you’re going to do something, once you’ve decided to do it, do it. You could even do it before you decide to do it. Whatever you do, don’t dawdle.
