Don’t dwell. Take it. Move on

Take the sad. And take the happy. Just take it. Don’t dwell on it. Do all you can to not dwell on things, it’s not the experience itself, it’s how you deal with it that hurts the most, and dwelling on it is not a good strategy. Move on If people remind you of it, brush it off. No need to dwell on it.
