Early starts

Sometimes when I get up early and step outside I’m reminded of the times I’ve stayed near the beach and I go for a swim first thing. Today was one of those days, and it could be because I woke up at 4am. I haven’t woken up that early since Yamabushi training, but I was just in time to catch the sunrise, it’s quite early here in Japan. I even managed to get a photo which is like the rice fields of Tatooine.

It’s crazy how productive you can be if you get up that early. Besides going for an hour or so walk, I also got in at least an hour of video editing and had plenty of time to bike(!) to work as well. Only thing is, I didn’t get this blog written in time, and my body is telling me it’s about my bed time, even this early 🙂 (9pm JST). Let’s see how tomorrow goes.

This also proves that I failed at my 6pm no device detox for today, another reason to get the blog done in the morning.
