Get on with it

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

If getting started is hard, then you have to find a way to make it easier, or automatic if possible. That’s why routine is important. But at the same time, when you have started, you have to be careful not to take too long a break.

If you’re able to continue, get on with it as long as you can. There is an exception though, sometimes a break can help when you are in the idea creation process, but then again, too long a break and it can be hard to get back into the rhythm. Again, routine is important.
