How to live Uketamo on a daily basis

The day starts with acceptance.

Acceptance for yourself, acceptance for things that happened yesterday, acceptance for the day ahead.

But more importantly, acceptance for the now.

Acceptance for being who you are, what you are, when you are, where you are, and how you are.

Acceptance that nobody can change that, that nobody can take that away.

And with this acceptance comes appreciation.

Appreciation that you have been given the chance to experience these things, showing gratitude for what you have been given.

That is how the day starts.

It’s also how it ends.
