If you can do it, do it

Any day you can go to the pool, is a day you go to the pool.

This is my general rule when it comes to things like swimming or things that are inherently good. If you can do it, do it, basically. Erring on the side of action.

Of course there are limits to this, such as harmful actions, but for the most part it’s better to have done something than not.
