Indecisive? Pose them questions

For whatever reason, if someone is indecisive, often the best thing you can do is pose questions. Often the framing of different questions is enough for the person to find the right answer and act appropriately. It also does the job of reminding them of things they may have forgotten due to overthinking the problem at hand.

Indecisive people can be really tough to deal with. But if you can help them make decisions, for example through the right questions, then it’s much easier to make progress.
