It all comes back to your breath

It’s amazing how integral your breath is to your wellbeing. I find it amazing how our breath is both consciously and subconsciously controlled.

If you start to feel stressed, it’s not uncommon for it to show in your breath. Before you know it, your breathing becomes shallow, and it can be hard to get in what feels like enough air.

As always, prevention is better than cure. Try to keep your stress levels as minimal as possible with things like regular exercise, healthy eating, meditation, yoga, or not taking on too much responsibility.

However, sometimes it the stress can’t be helped. In those times, sit to the side for a while, and consciously focus on getting your breath in order. That should be always be your first port of call.

I hope this helps.
