It’s not enough to just have a good idea

It's not enough to just have a good idea. You have to have the means to share it too. That means you know how to communicate it, and it also means you know how to put it into action. Only then can you rely on the network effect to see your idea spread.

Part of knowing how to communicate an idea means that you have the balls to do so. It can take a lot of courage to face potential ridicule, but the thing is, you don't know how people will react until you give it to them. The best thing to do is to test the idea with a viable audience, and ask them to spread it if they like it. Even better, do this over and over. Practice getting your ideas out, what's the worst that could happen?
